People often ask me how I keep my body fit. Unfortunately, a trained body is not something that falls into your lap. Not even for me. A good body is hard work.
Of course, one person's muscles will respond more quickly to training than another due to his or her genetic makeup. Nevertheless, success can be achieved through intensive training with any body.
As a student I did aerobics three to five times a week and taught it myself for a few years. Later, with two small children, I had to rethink.
I needed a workout that went anywhere, anytime. So I developed my own little daily mini-belly-legs-po program. It only takes between ten and 20 minutes. The ideal amount of time to put my inner badass in his place. If I spent more time, I would immediately have lots of excuses at the start.
I maintain my fitness with these daily, small portions, according to the motto: Even small livestock makes crap in the end. With six days of training plus a chill day, I get a very intense 60 to 90 minutes of exercise per week. That makes 2880 minutes a year!!! :-). That's something and with minimal effort. Well, let's get to it...
